Booking & Scheduling

How do I book R Studio?

All bookings are made online through our Book Now page. Please select the appropriate booking type based on your needs:

  • Photography & Content Creation

  • Studio Event Rental (Studio Only)

  • Full Space Event Rental (Studio + Office)

Choose your date, duration, and any applicable add-ons to complete your booking.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes — we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Photography & Content Creation Bookings

What photography session lengths are available?

We offer the following photography and content creation rentals:

  • 1 Hour – Quick shoots or short content sessions

  • 2 Hours – Standard session

  • 3 Hours – Extended session

  • 4 Hours – Half-day session

  • 6 Hours – Full-day session

You may also extend your session in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.

What’s included with photography bookings?

  • Studio space only

  • WiFi access

  • Use of available props (as approved)

Lighting:

  • Included for all bookings over 1 hour

  • Available as a $40 add-on for 1-hour bookings

⚠️ Photography bookings are not permitted for events, classes, or gatherings.

Can I add equipment or services?

Yes! Available add-ons include:

  • Studio lighting

  • Tripods and softbox gear

  • NearHub Board (interactive smart board for presentations)

  • In-house photographer Catherine

  • Content Creation Services with Lauren

Event Rentals

What types of events can R Studio host?

R Studio is available for:

  • Workshops and masterclasses

  • Networking events and mixers

  • Wellness events (yoga, pilates, movement-based classes)

  • Brand activations and launches

  • Private celebrations and gatherings

What’s the difference between Studio Event Rental and Full Space Event Rental?

Studio Event Rental (Studio Only)

  • Includes access to the studio space only

  • Ideal for smaller events and wellness classes

  • Guest count and event type must be selected at booking

Full Space Event Rental (Studio + Office)

  • Includes the studio plus kitchenette, common areas, lounge seating, work table, and private office

  • Required for events using multiple areas or higher guest counts

  • Minimum booking of 3 hours

Do events require an intake form?

Yes. All event bookings require completion of an Event Intake Form to confirm guest count, setup needs, vendors, and event details.

Guest Capacity

  • Studio Event Rental: up to 18 guests (unless otherwise approved)

  • Full Space Event Rental: higher guest counts permitted based on selected booking tier

Guest count must match the option selected at booking.

Policies & Practical Information

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early.
Setup and cleanup time must be included within your booked hours.

Parking

Visitor parking is available in the back lot. (Corinth Private)
Please do not park in other businesses’ designated spaces.

Food & Drink

Food and beverages are permitted for event rentals with approval.
Please keep all food and drinks away from studio walls, props, backdrops, and equipment.
All garbage must be disposed of before departure.

Shoes, Props & Damage

  • No dirty outdoor shoes permitted in the studio

  • Some props are available for use

  • Clients are responsible for any damage — broken or damaged items will be invoiced
